Tim collins is thirteen years old and he is in 8th grade, he wants to run for an election to be a class representative. Tim is athletic, reliable, helpul and outgoing. He is very determined. If Tim is lazy, shy or too talkative, he could be disqualified he can create websites and blogs, talk to adults, run 30 miles and do a lot of push-ups
