The best class representative EVER!! by Victor

Hello,my name is Victor Orduna,I have thirteen years old and I have three olders brother.I m in 8 grade,and I run for class representative because I found the classes complain about the helps are poor.I believe that to change the menu of the cafetaria is my first choice.For next project I you will ask for your notices as to change the schedules.

I do deep-sea diving and I'm sad because a lot of spécieux of fishes disappear and I shall like be able to protect them but I'm alone at the moment then please help me
